Quick custom-race question

I'm in the middle of a conversation with a friend of mine is interested in getting GT7 but I'm not near my PS5 to verify this.

If he and I created a custom race, can we sprinkle in AI drivers to fill the grid?

Setting up a "lobby" race with your friend? i do believe the answer is no, you would not be able to add AI to the race. if you are doing a solo custom race then yes you can add all the AI you want up to 19 of them...
