Ok this is a little rant.... but OMG the current QM list is filled with the worst tracks for cheating and dirty racing that I've experienced so far. The only race left, that you can get a proper race in, is the rally car battle. Ok maybe the Touring car battle too but I only race incockpit so thats a no go for me.

IMO Le Mans is a cheaters paradise and should never, ever be a race in Quick Match.... unless they reduce drafting and stop the last chicane cheat. I used to message the cheaters that cut the last chicane but not only don't they care but in most races more than half the field cheats. I've entered the last chicane in first place, with a 3 to 4 second lead, and finished 6th lol, it's impossible.

That is why I do not enter a Quick Match, they are filled with cheaters of every sort of the word to make "you" rage quit the session, though it is hard to avoid in a public lobby anyways.

They should incorporate a cheat sensor of some sort to punish the rammers, and all sorts of other things that players would cheat upon another player. So, just try to avoid those lobbies for now on. Try finding some good public rooms where good people are and have fun, that is all that matters.

Best thing you can do is to just deal with it unfortunately. Even if you were to message them to tell them to stop (which is kinda pointless) or if PD were to change up some things to help stop this, there will always be a way for these people to do what they keep doing. A possible suggestion from me to avoid dealing with this would be to just do a quick match that doesn't have that big of a corner cutting issue, like the Nürburgring quick match.

When I message them my language is a lot harsher than "Stop Cheating" lol...or maybe i shouldn't laugh, but damn it is so frustrating. Also the problem with Nurburbring is that it's basically an automotive gang bang. The other players don't concern themselves with clean racing, unfortunately, and the ramming starts at the first corner.

Honestly I hate to put it like this but from the past few sessions i've done (at various times). it seems these two factors dictate if i should find a new lobby to race in:

Time it currently is- I found most of the dirty racers were on at around the afternoon-evening time frame. the best races I've had were at like 2 or 3 in the morning where im at.

(Sadly) what country are they from- during my stints on the more active hours I found that French drivers were causing the most trouble for everyone. A pretty cruel statement to make but when you see a leader of a race get punted off on the last turn by one of them it begs to ask the question of weather or not they want to drive cleanly. Americans (like myself) are a close second, most of the dirty drivers were doing small but rage worthy things like bumping your car to unsettle it around a sketchy corner or attempt to Dive-bomb into corners Forza style (I have a replay of that).

[^TL;DR version: Avoid french drivers, take caution around american ones^]

How can you say one country is worse than another? There's clean, dirty, skilled and unskilled drivers in every single country.

Regarding quick match cheaters. There's nothing you can do about them (short cutters) other than room hop to try and find a race with less of them. Sometimes you get lucky and can find an enjoyable fair race.

Dirty drivers are a pain but you can plan ahead if they're constantly doing it. Throw a few feints in, never get too close on a draft (if they're brake checking) and mix up your lines to put them off. It usually compromises their pace and you can get a good run on them. Never retaliate though. That's a can of worms you don't want opened as it often brings other drivers into it and trashes the whole race.

I've seen some drivers doing quick matches with zero trust in anyone else. Show them you can be trusted and they'll often repay the favour.

It's not all doom and gloom. I've had hundreds of perfectly fair quick match races. It just takes a bit of searching.

Because there's more clean, dirty, skilled or unskilled drivers in each country than others.

For example, whenever you see a room that states "dirty" in the comments box, 90% of the time it's Spanish and Japan and the Netherlands both host more rally rooms than anyone else. Every culture has its sensibilities and some more often place winning over a clean second.
