Mitsubishi GTO TWIN TURBO is not in Brand Central for me to buy for Race A. Mitsubishi has only 6 cars for sale and GTO is not there. It is not given to me free for racing. HELP! please.

It's not in Brand Central because it's from before 2001. As covered in the article for the Daily Races, you can win it by getting all golds on the National B Licence tests.
