I'm just making this post to see if any people are interested in drifting with me in RACE mode. In DRIFT mode I think it's too easy, so I drift in RACE mode where it should be more "realistic." I have a perfectly tuned G35. I drift a lot in Silverstone International. Here's a pic of my car:

Anyone interested add me on PSN, or leave a reply.

Audi RS4 AWD Stage 2. Favorite Track for me: I think it's called Branch Indy. Anyways, yes maybe this week. Would love to see more people tandem with us. The more the better!! This game is great for drifting.

sounds like fun if i can figure out a good drift setting. Are you guys using the upgraded tires or leaving them stock? I'm pretty much drifting/sliding around all the corners anyways the cars are kinda floaty. I had the idea of putting the modified/upgraded cars and putting it back to stock tires etc. I just find that counter-steer is minimum and un-realistic (drift mode) which is why i say drifting in this game is a joke, but i'm wililng to give it another try. I have the wheel set at 900* but it seems that i never really have the wheel rotating in each direction, it's like i'm playing with it set at 180-190*.

PSN: driftkng (can't remember if the d is Capitol or not, don't know if it matters).

I agree. Drifting in Shift (PS3) is a joke, but proper setup in race mode does help. 'Drift mode' does not work for me because steering setup is defaulted to 360 degrees, even when you revert to 900 in control options. They don't even consider 900 degrees wheel users for drifting!

So, I only drift in 'race mode' or 'time attack mode'. Here, you can bash and countersteer that 900 wheels in style. Track bumpiness is over pronounced imho, so soft setup is always ideal to get those tyres connected to the ground. I also find out that using low tyre pressure at the rear helps to reduce the 'snapback' on exit. Stock tyre is the best as other upgrades are just way too grippy and too arcadey.
