I'm currently racing the 172 lap endurance race. Level 30
It's raining and I'm in the FGT (unfair I know)
I equipped it with rain Tyres but for some reason a 120 laps it keeps pitting my driver to race on Racing:Hard.
Now everytime I manually Pit the driver to change back to rain Tyres it keeps sending me back in to change again.
It's getting quite frustrating, any ideas why it's doing this, as far as I cam see it's quite clearly still raining

Just because it is raining doesn't mean that there is enough standing water on the course to warrant full rain tires. Is your driver getting better times with the rain tires than the race tires?

Beautiful question at the end. 👍

I would have to say "What about the intermediates?" You do know that you can use them.

Yes he was getting better times with the rains on because all of the other Tyres were making him bin it on most corners.
Was just strange. He won regardless, just took a tad longer

It depends on the water spray behind the car. If it's raining but there's no spray you should stay on slicks. A little spray: Intermediate. Lot of spray: Rain.

I'm doing a B-spec race at Nürburgring now, it's pretty funny because it's the first lap and everyone is running on racing hard tires although it's heavy rain. So everyone is going 30-60 km/h, it's so cute to see :)

Edit: And yeah, it's pitting on every lap because it doesn't think you're running on the best tires for the track condition.
