I'm cofused to how some of those entries were chosen considering it was supposed to be based on realism, and I think only the Ford Escort and James Skylines Impreza look somewhat real.... Cod Fathers was far more realistic than some of those!!!

LMAO!!! That is nothing of a realistic shot because the car doesn't even exist if you know what I mean. Just calm down, I first had things like this too with a shot and I thinkin it was the best of all shots in the competition, and it didn't get in the poll either. Just wait till your time come.

The shots that get in are up to the judge. What we may see as being good may not be in the judges eye.

That being said I was a little disappointed that mine didn't make the cut but I know that the decision is not up to me so I live with it.

So CCX stop your complaining please. It just makes you look like a child.

CCX, if you're interested, your shot didn't get in purely because of the car you chose. I was looking for realism. A car from 2022 isn't exactly the most realistic choice...

I chose what i thought looked realistic, and that's that. It's too late to change now. At the end of the day there are more important things than a GT4 photomode contest.

CCX, get over it. I've entered plenty of comps now & have only made it into 2 or 3 polls... the whole time thinking I had better pics than others that made a poll that I didn't. Like all forms of art, everyone views and percieves things differently. Hey, I thought my Holden Monaro was realistic and my of made the cut, but it wasn't according to what Moglet was looking for, so be it. BTW you may want to read the entry conditions properly next time, this may clear things up for you.
Atlop, you got my vote, the only pic with a big old American car, the only one not on dirt or snow & the best scenery. Good work.

Thanks fireblade, I did not feel too confident about my entry. Realism is not the easiest concept in a console game photo... Now that I think about it I voted for franz's because of the lack of game-like details in his photo, even if for example the Pajero pic above his has a far more realistic style. That sort of blur often just is the only way to hide unrealistic stuff in the background which I think is big part of the reason blur is so popular here. If you look at R/L race car photos they are usually not blurred at all even if the cars are obviously going xxxx fast.

I think I remember, it was a black and white picture of a Toyota GT One, right?
By the way, it's difficult to tell which picture is most realistic when we only have previews in the poll.

I went with James_Skyline's shot b/c when I saw it large (in the entry thread) I was blown away by the realism.
