I understand Rallycross isnt the most popular in dirt, but I have had som really good fun with it, in all classes, just too bad its so few tracks, but have good hopes for some DLC in the future.

Wonder if itsinterest for gathering some drivers for some private Rallycross? Always more fun too drive with people who know what they are doing :gtpflag:

I too am enjoying the Rally X but have no interest in driving online with anyone. The pig ignorant, ramming, AI is bad enough without real people doing it to me :-(

I agree, thats why I thought it though it could be more interesting too have a private lobby with some clean and good drivers :) Rallycross is rough, but it should not be more then some light paintswapping

Have met some really good guys online, and the ones who crash the most are slow, but really irrritating when they get you.

I've come to the conclusion that I am way too quick for my own good in the S1600 RX cars (usually half a second to a second faster per lap faster than the next quickest), so I decided to move up to the Supercars. This is what ensues.

(If anyone asks, I posted this in the wrong thread; it fits here anyways I suppose)

A private lobby with GTPers would be a nice change of pace.

I too found I was about 0.5sec quicker in the 1600s and moved to the Supercars. To my surprise I am 0.8-1.0 sec faster. The tactic I use is get to the front and stay there and only Joker on the last lap. This is the only way I can get through a race without being smashed off the track.

Of course the proviso is, I get through the first corner without incident. I do always get hit but if I can stay pointed in the right direction it usually works out well. Further to this, the AI is that hell bent on dive bombing me in the first corner if/when they miss they spear off to the outside of the track and lose time, letting me get away.

It looks like CodeMasters took a leaf out of SMS's book on how to program AI cars ;-)

Yeah, the AI are insane stupid when it comes too the joker lap, its like they are driving like I am not there.

Can add you guys, and see if we can have some proper rallycross :gtpflag:

One of my better laps on Hell
