Here are a few pictures I took while in OK while visiting my mom, and brother. These were all taken on a 4 year old disposable camera I found before I left, and scanned. I found some pictures from when I went to my brother's HS graduation on the camera, and pictures of my Dad's car at the house we lived in about 2-4 years ago!
I would have stayed in OK longer, but I had to come back for enrollment at TTC for their Fall classes. On my way back I believe I was on 1-26 East, Wednsday night, and I got a call from my Dad's ex-wife saying she needed some help because she wrecked her car, my dog was hurt(my Dad, myself, and her switch dogs every now and then so we can all have turns seeing them), and because it was pouring rain. I was about 2 hours from Mt. Pleasant when I got the call, and she was about 1 hour from Mt. Pleasant(she wrecked right between mile markers 171/172) so I called my Dad, told him the situation, and I hurried there. My Dad got there right about 5 minutes after I did. It was pretty bad. She wrecked the 5 Series my Dad bought her after she kept bending wheels on his 3 Series. She hydroplaned at about 70mph, slid off the highway into the center median, and smashed the passenger side of the car into some trees. Unfortunately, she was fine, and so was her dog, but my dog wasn't so lucky. My Beagle, Angel, was in the front passenger seat, and, upon impact, smashed the dash board fracturing her spinal cord around the middle of the rib cage. I held her heavy ass while she was whimpering because of the pain for about 2 hours until we left to go to the vet. She bit the hell out of my right index finger on the way to the vet because she was so scared, and didn't know what was going on, or why she hurt so much. We ended up having her put to sleep 2:00am the next morning. Anyhoo, I'll post the pictures of her car that I took with my Dad's digital camera as soon as he comes back home, and I get them off the camera.
Here's picture #1: It's a silver 911 Turbo we ran into at Hallett Raceway in Oklahoma. We had no idea he would be interested in racing until we came up behind him at a toll booth on the way back to the Sand Springs/Prattville area. Once he paid the toll he shot up to about 140mph almost instantly. We ended up racing him multiple times - each time getting absolutely slaughtered. Definitely one of the fastest cars I've ever tan into on the streets. He could put about 60 yards in between us in about 2 seconds, and this was with me spraying! WTF?! Ridiculous.
