re-done windows for BTCC Toyota Carina 1991 to remove milkyness - window skin

to install: unzip and manually drag the .dds file into the correct skin folder and select overwrite.

just a quick "fix" to remove the milkyness i have not upscaled or anything just removed the milky film and jigged a few bits about to make them look as best i can with dodgy mapping.
