Recovering Data from an Erased CD-RW?

Is it possible to recover data from an erased rewritable CD (CD-RW)? I had a rewritable CD with some of mp3s backed up onto it, that weren't currently on my harddrive. I foolishly erased this CD-RW after realising that I hadn't copied the mp3s to my harddrive. I only did a quick-erase and Nero says that a quick-erase still leaves physical data on the CD. Is it possible that I can recover this data so I can get my mp3s back?

Just download them again, it's not like you paid for them anyway.

One slight problem, you have to send your disk to them to repair it, and they are in the US.
