Redline Time Attack Challange, hosted by the
For those who don't know what Time Attack is, it's not the typical GT5's time trial, it's basicly a time trial RACE, (for example the Formula 1 qualifying racesare good examples for time attack races). Which means, you're slaming your car around a track, fighting for the fastest laptime, while other racers are on the track, so you're not completely alone!

The rules to this series of events: (NEW RULES)
the reason for the rule change is that it doesn't take so long anymore, we will race for three hours (we were running six hours last time) and the real WTAC (World Time Attack Challenge is running different classes at the same time too.

Car restrictions:
-street and sportscars are allowed,
-RM cars and racecars are allowed, if you don't downgrade it, (for example a 500 PP Corvette ZR-1 RM)
-F1, X1, LMP cars, Group C prototypes, the two chaparrals.

The rules to this series of events: (NEW RULES)
- This is a "Redline" time attack event, which means, we're running on slick tires (racing medium tires)
- damage on heavy and tire/fuel wear is on
- driving physics on realistic
- all driving aids off except ABS
- If you are not on a "hot lap", you have to let the drivers pass, who are on a hot lap
- the winner of a class gets 1 point, and will be listed at the bottom of the OP
- we're going to race in different car classes (see the list below) NOW ALL AT THE SAME TIME, WHICH MEANS THERE IS NO PP RESTRICTION AND WE WON'T CHANGE THE PP LIMIT EVERY 10MINS, IT STAYS FROM THE BEGINNING AT 700PP (unlim class)you have now more time and you can concentrate more on one class
- please write down your times and the PP you were running that laptime on a piece of paper/phone/laptop.
at the end, i'll call you and then you post your times and pp you were running. I TRUST YOU GUYS, DO NOT CHEAT!!!

- unlimited street legal class (no RMs, TCs etc, no racecars at all)
(no LMP cars, no F1, and no X1/X2010!)

- Round 1: Grand Valley Speedway
- Round 2: Autumn Ring
- Round 3: Mazda Laguna Seca Raceway; NEXT ROUND:11th may 2013
- Round 4: Summit Point Raceway (Eifel; you'll get extra time, to learn the track)
- Round 5: Tskuba Circuit
- Round 6: Spa-Francochamps
- Round 7: Gyfeillon Valley (Eifel)
- Round 8: Deep Forest Raceway reversed
- Round 9: Trial Mountain Raceway
- ROUND 10: Nürburgring Nordschleife, VLN layout
