Just watching the spikey Southampton/Blackburn game and I have just noticed the referee is sponsored by an airline company. He has the sponsors slogan on his arms. This is outrageous! I sincerely hope that no football club in the Premier League is sponsored by the same company or is sponsored by a company that has affiliations with said airline company. I will be looking into this travesty...

EDIT: I wonder if the referee's sponsor has anything to do with the one on Southampton's shirts as he just gave the most outrageously unjust penalty ever. I hope big Graham chins him in the tunnel!

OK, so get this: The referee currently refereeing the Chelsea match is also sponsored by an airline company - exactly the same company that is on the shirts of the Chelsea players! As I speak, Chelsea score through Cole. I'm sorry, but I cannot look at a match like this without thinking something stinks, and I'm not talking about John Terry's jock-strap either!

Isn't Scotlands national team sponsored by Safeway? That realy says it all. :D

Oh and, yeah Chelski owns all the premiership referees. And i'd thought you would've know that was Chelseas main sponsor, is Emirates airlines.

I did know, but I thought they must've changed for this season. Especially seeing it on the referee's shirts.

Arsenal have concluded a deal with Emerates worth around £150 million. The only catch, a minor one at that is that the new stadium Ashberton grove will be renamed the Emerates stadium (which is a lame name if you ask me). I'm sure this will pave a way for other companies to follow suit. Next there will be the Nike air max stadium or the Condomi condoms ground.
