I'm in the 'Limo is a hoot' camp
Same. I love it and will be using it a lot. I will be dialing in my drift tune tonight. :D

Nowadays, I'm a person who loves unique things. The limo is such a unique car T10 has added, I now hold hope for them to add more odd or even goofy cars into FM6. Being serious all the time is not always fun, and that's what I like about T10 and PG.

Now imagine if they added a school bus into FM6? That'll be epic especially with a engine swap! Haha! :D

Do it T10, I dare you. ;)

I for one am all game for more oddball vehicles.

I did mention they should add a London Taxi to the game :)

Also Turn 10, there are other planes other than the Boeing 747, so feel free to stick any of those in the backgrounds.

If there's one place where the XTS Limo can be vaguely competitive, Daytona E class rivals seems to be it.

I'm also pleased that the IMSA 300ZX can be used in the Early GT series. Which means I'm even more spoilt for choice when it comes to picking a weapon for those events.

I no longer am part of the Americas (must've changed with the patch?), I am now part of Asia-Pacific. Seems that's even given me a top #2 in one of the events.... of about 70 players. lol

Yeah I took that thing out there and threw a quick tune on it, it will hit over 160 mph and handles pretty well. IMO it is extremely unrealistic but kind of holds to a Forza pattern of throwing some car in each DLC pack that goes to the top of the leaderboard somewhere right away. All the cars above it are glitched so right now it looks to be the fastest E Class car at Daytona Oval

Seems the leaderboards have been wiped, at least in Lime Rock E Class. My Amazon time puts me third in the Americas, which is frankly shocking.
Last I looked they had cleaned up most of the glitch cars but there were still a few RX3s in the lower classes on various tracks and there were still some cars using mods to post fast laps on the ovals. probably other places too but the Indy cars jump out at you.

Yeah, those Indy cars. I've put quite an effort into some of my times at Rio, in particular National (even higher speeds on that really bumpy stretch), and thought I had managed a quite decent lap. Got me quite high on the leaderboard for the Indy car division too, but surrounded by a few other people driving with all assists on. Naturally, once the really good players hit that track I'll tumble down rapidly, but to think that I wasn't even able to put any distance between myself and people driving with full assists. :ouch:

I feel the update only scratches the surface, unfortunately. Despite addressing cockpit camera positions, several cars still suffer from bad POVs or FOVs. It's time to add an option for players to adjust this! The update also highlights "numerous additional car improvements and corrections", yet there are still tachometers displaying wrong RPMs. I'm not ungrateful about getting a title update, but I think they need to try harder.

I also think the DLC has been disappointing so far. The Fast & Furious Car Pack divided players in two camps, i.e. they either loved it or hated it. Now the Logitech G Car Pack arrives without making a serious effort to recognize popular demand. The race car additions are decent enough, but the Volvo and Cadillac are poor attempts to satisfy fans of road cars. The next car pack needs to be very good, or I'll probably begin to regret buying the Ultimate Edition.

One question... How do I get the game to recognize the Infinity Q60? It's locked with blue DLC letters under 'Find Car' and it's not even visible from the 'Rent Car' screen under 'Free Play'.

Go to 'Find a Car', look up Infiniti and purchase the car.. it will take you to that screen where it says "this transaction is subject to MS blah blah.. some more blah.."; that's it. Done.

Just picked up my first Forza game. My first impression is Amazement.

I'll admit, I wasn't to keen about the tutorial but after that, I had a lot of fun.

I love how the cars are also separated into Classes, this can make it so you can have Multiclass Racing. The 24 Car Grid is fantastic but I do wish Qualifying would be an option instead of fastest car gets pole (though Qualifying would be like that anyway :P). The tracks are really impressive, and honestly I found the fictional tracks to be superior to most GT fictional tracks (not trying to start a flame war :scared:)

I love how the Race Cars drive in this game, while in other games when the Race Cars lose control, it is usually because of the Race Cars were given bad physics. I feel like the control of the race cars in this game is genuine, when I lost control, it felt like I should've lost control. I was having a blast driving the V8 Supercar Volvo :).

Does anyone know if it is possible to make Pit stops somewhat Mandatory, all I know of is turning the Depletion on but I can't find the Fuel and Tyre meters to see how many laps would I need to make Pit Stops a requirement?

Can't wait for Tomorrow after School so I can play again :D.

Glad you are enjoying the game. Multi class races are also some of my favorite. If you go into rivals mode there is an event called "Track Days". That is yourself weaving through much slower AI aka multi class. Very challenging to run a certified rivals time in that event. I ran the track day Sebring in the rain in a RWD 2015 600hp Vette with no assists on and use interior view. One of the most epic events I have attended in this game. Pure adrenaline rush. I cant wait until they add multi class to the online hoppers. For now you can set up your very own multi class private races with AI and friends. Or run rivals track days.

When it comes to pitting, I believe you must have it set to simulation damage. I think. It takes a little while depending on the vehicle. Race cars will generally need to pit after 2-3 laps of the behemoth Nurburgring.

The fuel gauge is on the right lower side of the screen. It is a horizontal bar above the MPH and below the gear indicator.

Also, if you use interior view, the fuel gauges work in that as well. Tire wear you'd have to open up telemetry, however.

I always use interior view when I race but have not been able to locate the fuel gauge on the interior view gauges. Maybe it is missing on the couple vehicles I have looked at. I checked a couple race cars while doing the endurance races. Or maybe I overlooked it.

The BMW Z4 race car just has a number that starts at somewhere in the twenties(something like 25.0) on the cluster. It's not entirely noticeable, though. If they are using digital clusters it'll likely be the same case, but I don't own many race cars so I haven't seen them all.

Oh ok so it must be the number of gallons in the tank. I will keep an eye on that. I was looking for a number closer to 100. In terms of percentage of tank filled. Makes sense to use amount of gallons. I will keep an eye on that in the next cars I drive. :)

Ooooh, she got nice, shapely buttocks. I'm talking technically of course, not being a letch or anything :lol:

btw. I have the raging man-flu, so lots of sympathy please :D

Yeap... those are nice! Definitely an ass-man myself. Gotta love a nice pair of glutes. :D
Same. That gif is mesmerizing.

On topic. I finished tweaking my B class drift limo last night. Fairly happy with the setup and decided to share it. Tonight I will probably work on tweaking my 03 RWD Toyota Celica drift tune and share it. I had it set up real well then messed something up on my last adjustment. So need to re-tweak it again. Also spend some time in League play. Might paint another car or two depending on how I feel. I also noticed last night someone beat a couple of my drift events in rivlas. So I might have to attack that again too. Always so much to do.

Well rabbits do exist in Forza, running prototypes in career at Long Beach, last race of a six series event running the events in pro setting can't catch the rabbit a Bentley Speed 8 so I decided to drop the level to new racer so I can move on, to my surprise I get to second place at the last hairpin he's already 3000 feet ahead of me, I keep chasing him lap after lap but can't make up any ground, mind you I'm in the same car but no avail (this is in new race difficulty:crazy:). Well just going to put this part of career on hold til they get a handle on this.

T10 are looking into this. Could be a possible drivatar bug.

I had that issue to with a R Class exclusive race at long beach, both the Veyron and the Radical got a huge distance ahead. However they were brought back to normal when they were stuck in lapped traffic luckily.

What's wrong with finishing second? Maybe you ran into a team/car that hit the right setup, no one IRL wins every race :sly:
