Remote race problem

Am I missing something here? When I try and use this feature I get this

'In order to control Remote Races from this page, you will need to run Gran Turismo 5 on a PS3™ system with an Internet connection, and start the remote screen by selecting "Server Standby Mode" from the Remote Race screen on the My Home page.'

The remote race screen.... where's that then? My home screen looks the same as it always did

Sorry for bumping this topic, but I get this exact same message, even when I have the server standby mode showing on my PS3! >:|
