None.
So, these are the race cars which have one of their sponsors removed or replaced with rectangles:

Audi R8 '01 (Infineon)
Mercedes CLK Touring Car '00 (mannnesmann)
Jaguar XJR-9LM '88 (Silk Cut)
Lancia Stratos Rally Car '77 (Alitalia)
Lancia Delta S4 Rally Car '86 (Martini)
Lancia Delta HF Integrale Rally Car '92 (Martini)

Are there more?

Im pretty sure there is one removed on the Minolta Toyota race car. Cant remember what it is but its something to do with cigarettes.

Sponsorship restrictions are stupid, just like spending a portion of the defense budget on sponsorship.

That NASCAR isn't going to stop terrorists. It won't even stop rednecks.

With beer adverts, PD would be forced to a T rating in USA. It "would" be promoting alcohol to minors. Its just easier to blur it out.

Fairly sure both F1 Ferrari's had Marlboro (maybe before 2007).

Thought the Renault from the '80s also had a removed sponsor.

No, but it gains a lot of exposure and may be a factor in someone signing up for one of our branches of the military. And that my friend
May indeed stop a terrorist.

Yep. The Renault 5 Turbo had all of its Philips sponsorship removed.

That, the Audi and the Mercedes are the oddest ones, because as far as I know there wouldn't be anything preventing PD from leaving those sponsors on once they renewed the licences (the Stratos livery was correct in GT3 and GT4, but the company went bankrupt after GT4 came out). And it is a particular shame how awful of a job they did editing the CLK DTM. The textures for the edited sponsors aren't even set properly on the car.
