Removing Installed Parts for Use on Other Cars

Quick question -- Can installed parts purchased for one car be removed and installed on others. This question pertains only to items that can be purchased and not installed at the time of purchase e.g. suspension, ecu, tires, exhaust, etc.

It would be nice to swap the parts to cars you use more often, or before you sell the car for GT pennies.

First off I totally dig your rotary avatar! As for tuning parts being used on multiple cars, I do not think so.

Would be nice to be allowed to remove turbos and suspension and reuse. The parts more car specific (ECU, exhaust) can not be removed and reused.
