Removing Unwanted fingers from photos

Hey everyone, im new to this site but i was wondering if someone could help me out. I took a good looking picture of our towns Volvo fm9 fire appliance but my finger was over one corner of the lense. I wanted to ask if anyone here has the software and skills to remove the finger from the photo.

I'm at a loss how someone with NIFRS in their email needs us to massively edit a picture, when all you need to do is to go and take another picture of it....
