Just got payed, treated myself to a new car, a used Renault Sport Clio, given it a wing and some new oil, performed well.
The guy who sold it to me given me a letter, to go to Trail Mountain for the NA Cars Race, 10am on November 6th, thats tomorow!
November 6th
When I arrive for the race I thought about going home because, on the grid in order were :
TVR Cerbera Speed 6
Mercesdes CLK 55 AMG
Audi S4
Pagani Zonda C12
BMW M3
But, then again, there was nothing to loose, but 188 a spec points and 7.5 grand to win.
Lap 1.
Lights go green and we are off, the Cerbera goes ahead quickly, follwed by the Audi S4.
As I came to the first few corners, something must of gone wrong, the BMW M3 just ahead was slowing down, I just had enough time to take the very inside of the light turn and overtake the Mercesdes, Zonda and BMW in one go. Now, would my 265 bhp stock Hot Hatch be-able to take on the Uber-Supercar, well, by the time I was at the back straight, we were neck and neck, until the TVR pulled ahead, but only slighty.
I outbraked him on the 2nd to last corner of lap 1, now I was scared, I did'nt want to be overtaken, or have my rear end bitten of my that TVR.
Lap 2.
All the opponents expept the TVR were far behind now, but as I came to the tunnel-corner, I was outbroken by the TVR, fortunatly, I had the inside for the next corner, I scraped through the inside, neither cars lots their line and carried on as before.
At the end of the back straight, I was hit forward by the TVR, I made a rude gesture at the driver, as he went on ahead.
Lap 3.
The TVR was under half a second ahead, I got him by outbraking him on the end of the back straight, now things were getting hot, he nipped my bumper on the second to last corner, my Clio still powered on though, nicley through the chicane . . . . Yessss, I did it, I'd won
