So, I just bought a Miura and I tuned it up and decided to test it out at Fuji Speedway. On my third lap I went into turn 1 way too fast and locked 'em up and skidding past the turn. I decided to have a little fun and blow some donuts on the pavement where my car was, on the pavement just outside of turn 1. Then I decided to replay my laps to see how this new car of mine looks in action.
When I got to the end, where I was shredding my rear tires by doing donuts, I decided to hit rewind on the replay controls and view it from a different camera angle as the standard replay camera was too far away to enjoy watching the car spin and smoke the tires. So, I hit rewind and switch to a different camera view. Wouldn't you know it? As soon as my car rolled past turn 1 all of my tire marks were already on the pavement, and then I proceeded to watch my Miura trace over the existing rubber marks as it layed down its rubber during my juvenile donuts session.
Is there anything else that doesn't go away if you hit rewind during a replay? I've never noticed this before -- the tire marks already on the pavement.
