Request for SNOW driving setup

Hi chaps - anyone recommend some settings for snow (and a car??)? I'm having a hard time winning the Special events in the snow.

anything light and awd and powerful, on snow you tend to brake and slide more than you accelerate, and don't just nail the throttle, use very little so you get traction
