Regards from Spain.
First of all, thx for let me take part of your comunity.
Im from San Sebastian, Spain in the norh of Spain. And I love learn about electronics to modify my hardware....but sometimes there is troubles I can solve due my low experirence and knowledge about electronics.
Im the owner of a Logitech momo Racing Wheel, and I have a big trouble because a fail of the power supply, seams to be burn part of the FF circuit. Then when I plug the usb, Windows recognize me the Wheel, as logitech Momo buttons and pots, but when I try to make a FFtest.exe, makes error.

The original power source is bad gives more than the nominal, replaced the faulty with another in good conditions
The fuse is ok, but Im sure the trouble was an overvoltage from the faulty power supply.
Have you the schematics of those stering Wheel? The trouble its posible were i Burnt the driver?.
I send you the pictures of my board…probably the trouble is the driver allegro and must to change it. But I need the valor of the capacitors and transistors and to check and the rest of components data.
Thx for your support.
Ignacio
