If you notice that one of your bobs keeps on getting poor results while your lower level bobs are doing better.

Sack him as soon as he loses an impossible to lose race.

I run the widget, I try to keep half of my Bobs level 0 to balance out money for others also widgetting Bobs a$$ off!
