Rev limiter

It is common with the 7 Series Beemers, Weds Celica and Big Mercs that the counter "bounces" when accelerating. I have tried everything and I cant fix it. It must be a design bug in the game.

Doesnt harm performance tho ;)

It happened to me too, in Gt1 and Gt2, I think this happens because the damper, or the camber, I think I solved it with lower angle in camber, and a low damper.

If that is so - which I cannot see how it is - the trade off of messing up your handling for the sake of a bouncing rev limiter seems a bit silly.

The rev limiter bounces when accelerating - the actual acceleration isnt really affected.

Oh, I see now. You thought we were referring to the car bouncing when accelerating. Yip, you are correct then. The dampers and springs need to be adjusted then 👍

Yes, but tweaking the suspensions settings never got rid of the "bounce" completely, so I never bothered. Got any tips I should follow?

could be due to lack of spring rate try rasing it for example if its at 7 bring it up to 9. i have seen a 300ZX(real) bouncing all over the place while the rpm needle bounced .
