That’s pretty much how I feel too! Yes the rewards are - feels like 99/100 the worst possible - at least it’s extra credits. And yes I know for 3 star you can get a measly Cr.5,000 that can’t really buy much, but it’s Cr.5,000 more than I had before!I like to think of the daily workout ticket in general as a mere bonus, where the real reward is what I do to earn it. As for obtaining better prizes, I feel like you're best bet is to wait for more Bonus/Extra Menus, assuming you've already cleared them all.
Yes. It happens now and then. It’s more like a lottery than a roulette.Has anyone ever got a better reward from a ticket than the worst available?
When I receive the lowest prize on the roulette, I close the game and stack the tickets until after the next maintenance update. I read somewhere that prizes may get re-allocated at such occasion. However, I am not sure whether that's really the case...😉If you get a ticket that rewards you 30k credits, and it was the lowest reward on the roulette, quit the game before it saves and reload, you should be able to reopen the ticket..
You'll get 30k credits from the ticket each time, but as the game picks the other items at random, there is a chance it will pick a lower value prize to put on the roulette that you won't win.
How the roulette actually works is that the game assigns a prize to the ticket when you're awarded the ticket, not when you open it. The prizes are picked from a huge award pool with the odds heavily stacked in favour of a low value prize. When you go and open the ticket, whatever prize has been assigned to the ticket will be on the roulette with 4 other randomly picked items. You'll always win the same award, even if you did my first suggestion 100 times, but the other items will change.
So if you're always winning the lowest value prize, it's because the random items that the game has picked to fill in the blanks spots are all higher value.
Has anyone ever got a better reward from a ticket than the worst available?
I for sure haven’t. GT Just be honest and show the worst possible outcome only so we know what we will get without seeing better alternatives and getting hopes up.
It is - but bear in mind that most prizes are credits and most credit prizes are the lowest possible amount for each ticket, so in most cases you won't see ticket prizes changing. I think I've seen one in five change. However, I am not sure whether that's really the case...😉
i'm level 44 and got 4 3* Tickets in a rowVery rarely do I get a 3 star tickets now.
That sucks... what do you do to get the marathon miles? I don't know if it's just my head playing games with me but I find if I win a race or finish a course experience or something good I get a better ticket? I also didn't take advantage of the engine ticket glitch so maybe that helps? It's funny though out of the 8 or so engines I have won over 6 months 3 of them are duplicates that only go into the Firebird for now.... oh well.i'm level 44 and got 4 3* Tickets in a row
It's your head playing games.I don't know if it's just my head playing games with me but I find if I win a race or finish a course experience or something good I get a better ticket?
It does not.I usually get the ticket by trying car settings on different tracks, maybe doing a whole race and/or getting all of the distance at once helps, i don't know.
For me it's the complete opposite right now, the last 8 ! tickets for marathon are only 3 stars 5 or 10k, beginning to be frustratingIt sounds like you're about 6 months late to the roulette wheel pitty party... 🥳💀
I dont know if it's just me but lately I have been getting 6 star engine tickets and more 5 and 4 star tickets where I win the car. I bet your collector level plays a part in it. Very rarely do I get a 3 star tickets now.
that is correct, you can buy all the invitation cars of one brand with one inviteyesterday i got my invitation for Lamborghini and i noticed, that you don't see which car, so is there never more than one invitation for a brand?
Ok, so some brands have more than one invitation car. And if i have all of them, i can just save the ticket and maybe the brand changes after an update?you can buy all the invitation cars of one brand with one invite
Yes indeed, some brands have more then one like Ferrari, i don't think holding on a ticket will ever change brand, ik know people hold on to tickets hoping it wil change after a update, can someone share some experience on this one?, has it ever worked?Ok, so some brands have more than one invitation car. And if i have all of them, i can just save the ticket and maybe the brand changes after an update?
Close. The prize was assigned to the ticket the date when you first played the game. If they have tweeked it since then then, the prize will be from that date and so on.How the roulette actually works is that the game assigns a prize to the ticket when you're awarded the ticket, not when you open it. Close. But from a game design perspective that would not make sense.Close. The prize was assigned to the ticket the date when you first played the game. If they have tweeked it since then then, the prize will be from that date and so on.
It's called a seed and the game knows what you will get every day forever from the start. It worked that way with GTS and is the same here.Close. But from a game design perspective that would not make sense.
If the game has to run this award algorithm when the game is first run, and again after every time it's updated, it has to create a list of rewards so it knows what to allocate you on what day...
As the game doesn't know when it's going to be updated, or when it's going to shut down, it would likely mean that list would be many millions of entries long.
I don't know if you played Skyrim on the PS3, but that game had an amusing issue where the saves could become excessively large and take ages to load, because the game was creating a list of all the changes made in the game, without a cap or way to regulate the size of the list, leading to the save file size becoming too big for the game to handle. Games don't like huge lists.
The widely accepted theories (there are two that differ slightly) work on the idea that the reward algorithm runs once when you are awarded a ticket, and that award (or entry "box" number) is assigned to the ticket. No need to maintain a list of rewards in the order that you're going to win them, no need to worry about controlling the size of the list, no need to worry about re-running the algorithm to create a new list every time the game is updated etc. It's just simpler.
To be fair, we only think it did.It worked that way with GTS
