Get a Dodge RAM, get all upgrades, except for rollcage (no use) and brake controller (no use) and nitrous (no use). LSD is optional.
Now if you have a lot of money, you will want the NA tune, it gives over 720 HP, whereas if you are short on money, the Supercharger is much cheaper but will have less than 600 HP.
Get the Rally and Snow Tires, as well as a good set of racing tires. Go to the special conditions race. Lower the car (not too much) and lower the spring rates and shocks. Enter the first Rally Race, and you have 200 A-Spec points . Now you will say OMG rally is so hard, it doesn't turn and it has mad traction issues.
Well yes it does, but now we have to revert to your GT3 ways, riding the walls. You will probably say... "This guy is crazy, riding the walls with get you 5 second penalties".
Like everything there is a method, you must slam your BACK into the wall. As long as you back quater makes contact first (either side) you will not be penalized and you will be able to ride through most walls at over 50 mph. You need to lengthen the lower gear ratios so you don't wheelspin too much. But lower it as a whole so that your max speed is about 120 mph (it is hard to get higher than this in the Ram)
So there you have it. 200 A-Spec points each and every time, and due to the wall riding, a very easy way to get through the part of the game and earn some money and cars.
