Jordan's a lucky SOB; he makes it sound like the entire city is having a week-long party!

I want to see the R8 under that cover.

I'm pretty jealous!

I am so hyped about the Vision cars! Though it seems the most intriguing Company on the list, Daihatsu, hasn't realesed a sketch! I'm hoping for the world's fastest tricycle.

What the heck is this supposed to be?

I was amazed at how deeply GT6/Polyphony has entwined them in the local landscape. Banners on iconic landmarks and game cars placed at and around local historic places. WOW!

If there has ever been a more "classy" video game launch - I have not heard about it.

I'm looking forward to hearing more about the event.

This event at Ronda will be impressive and if PD enlightens us about the near future of GT it will be awesome. Btw Kazunori seems to travel a lot around the world.

Yeah well I know how you feel about this game from the posts you have previously made so that comment does not surprise me in the slightest.
Actually, if you look at my posts I have been overwhelming positive. I got accused of being too positive the other day. My only reservations are about the day 1 patch really and the fact that expectations have got out of hand...

It seemes like a proper good launch party!

I do think that the pods will use the latest build, and we will probably get to know what features/extras/bugfixes there will be on the day one patch as well. I don't know if this launch party is for invited only, but I bet there will be some sort of festivities planned for the participants as well. Jordan will keep us up to date as he always does I hope :gtpflag:

They're going to present the game during more than an hour (1h15) but from what we've seen with all the leaks(absolutely nothing), there is nothing more to talk about  So :

1) They will announce big surprises that will come with day one patch ?

2)
GT7 Teaser perhaps?

3) They will say nothing new except perhaps when they will talk about the track creator (because ronda is one of the place) ?

Do you honestly believe that this event will take some pre-release leaks into consideration? If so, think again.

1. With respect to GT6, I doubt they will announce anything exciting about the patch. You never know. They probably still haven't finalised it actually.

2. Possibly a GT7 teaser. I could believe that. Nothing major though. Maybe some footage. I can equally believe that this won't happen though given a) it is a GT6 launch event and b) given that games so far have not been a massive step up graphically than they were in previous generations, and that it is still probably early days for GT7 builds, a trailer may be a bit underwhelming, so they may leave that out for now.

3. I will go with this. The GPS capture side of it wouldn't even have to be ready for this to happen. I think what could save a lot of disappointment is demonstrating all the layouts that can be generated through the town (that they have obviously modelled the whole of). That could seriously blow some minds if they then said it was at least coming before the end of the year.

Excuse my english level :D What I meant to say was : "We've learned absolutely nothing new from the leaks", so they will not talk about that because... there is nothing to say...

Although some interesting info might surface, this event will most likely not revolve around news. Expect a formal introduction, how the game pushes boundaries, etc. You know, the usual stuff to expect from these events.

Yeah but do you really think that they will do the same speach one more time, again ? All the journalists(which already have the game and tried many times in other events...) will hear the same again ?

This time, it seems bigger(city event size) and I'm hoping for something new... but I also have a bad feeling about this...

They scheduled 75' for the software presentation.... sounds interesting.

Also I have the personal feeling that a nice trailer will show up... the one on the disk is really not appealing (even though day 1 patch may possibly change/expand it)

I have also a little hope to see the GT7 tech demo. I don't think it's just a case it was rumored just some days before the event... please please please...
I saw some latest footage of Drive Club and wow.... I can't wait for GT7!

Eventually... there is also some chance to know more about course maker considering Ronda is one of the possible usable scenarios...
