Is it even in the game? I am not seeing it anywhere. Maybe in an update but all the hype and launching the game there you would think it would actually be in the game. Am I just not seeing it?

It's in the photo travel option. Not sure when it unlocks exactly but it's right next to the Goodwood and Lunar missions

Maybe when the track creator update comes out. My understanding is you will be able to make a track using any of the streets there. I don't know. I like GT6, but it was not really finished yet. I hope the updates coming will make it better than GT5.
