Round 5-3 best settings?

I'm trying to get gold in 5-3 but its getting too difficult. What are the best settings for this one? It seems easy but i'm hardly getting gold. thanks.

All assists off, ABS set to 1, controller sensitivity set to 7. This got me a great time on the DS3. 👍
