There is a guy called Juha Rintanen, and Tezuka, ive spoken to juha.. He says that the winglets let you have more control at higher angle, and better grip at higher speed..

Tezuka from D1 also said the same thing in a interview

By the way. I tested the triple plate clutch last night. Ummm I shifted as fast as I could and no miss shift
