Rubbish Acceleration - help !

I have a Jensen Interceptor which is tuned to about 290bhp , customizable suspension (standard settings) and gearbox. Trouble is I have noticed that when the car steers into a corner I suddenly lose all ability to accelerate until I straighten the wheels out. Which is really frustrating ! I've noticed this effect on other cars too and was wondering what caused it.

What do I need to set up on the car to get it to respond to the accelerator button when the wheels are turned.

Are you sure the aids are off?

I'll check , can the aids have that effect ? I thought they were meant to help .. this is a bl*&dy nuisance !

Yeah sounds like tc set too high, no need to set it any higher than 1, anymore and it kills powering out of corners
