like the title says I'm looking for a drift setup for my Mazda Rx-8 (premium) I've on most of the pages in the search option on gtp but i cant find anything for gt5 so please help.

I used a rx-8 as my professional team car for about 5 months straight. I cant give you the exact tune but go for about 8.8 in the back and maybe a 4.8 in the front dampers Front 5 Rear 6 on both damper and swarbars f a r both 7. Let me know if that works.
Oh and make sure to have negative camber front and rear. -.20 in the front and -.05 in the back. also -10 ride hight front and rear to eliminate any kind of body roll

i played around with the suspension, the transmission, and the lsd and almost have it setup properly and thanks for the advice

toe is just .5 in the front and 0 in the back. lsd set to 55 55 55 for all of them. and full upgrades on everything and a midrage turbo so about 476hp fully broken in.:)

Heres my rx-8 its a joy the only car that I have as much fun with is my 300zx.

Okay.. Heres the correct words for all of It I kinda messed up since I was in a rush. Toe out should be negative .20 in the front and negative .10 in the back this helps rotate the car through a corner. Camber is .5 in the front and .0 in the back. camber doesnt really help a ton with the rx-8 because you need the grip to power out of a corner while keeping a solid drift up.

The RX-8 has a much more usable powerband with the supercharger than a turbo, just FYI.

Well hey, it worked A-Okay for me and I won competitions with it so it works pretty well and its pretty fast through the twisties.👍
I'm not saying that your wrong cuz your not the super charger is pretty good I just like the midrage cuz I can enter a corner in 3rd and get to 6000 and it will break it loose and by the time you hit 9000 the torque drops off and it keeps the tires spinning so its really easy to hold a long drift without spinning out. But, thats just me.

Most important thing for an Rx8 I'd say would be a good transmission tune and a mid range turbo/supercharger as oppose to a good suspension tune.

193 mph. is what I run it at and drift in 3 and 4 and 5 on a fast straight.

glad someone posted this i have 2 rx8's (one '07 premium, one '03 standard) and i love them both my 2 favourite drift cars in the game, but i struggled with setup for a while.
