RX8 and the seasonal FR TT

so it looks like the RX8 is the best car for the FR TT in the seasonal events. Although, I noticed the max HP for the event is 246 and the RX8 is only 240. I looked at every tuning upgrade and the least I could get it to was 248hp with an airfilter upgrade. Is there a way to get it to exactly 246hp?

In the end, that 6 hp isn't going to make a huge difference.

Maybe it goes up to 246 after break-in or something. Can you look at the stats of the cars on the leaderboard? Do they have 246?
I wouldn't sweat 6hp though.
