I got an update from the online store where I ordered. The SLR Evo is the standard version. If you pre-order you will get a DLC Code by your mail account as soon as you retract your game from the store or after it has been payed and delivered. That's here in France. But I think it will work the same in the rest of Europe.

At first, after testing PSN demo, I've got some mixed feelings and I could say I was kind of disappointed over ffb, some visuals, ... but then I'm familiar with "Milestone" WRC series so I didn't set my expectations too high regarding overall production values). Thought it was, I'll get this one after couple months when it is 20-30€ on discount.
Then few days later I've gave it another try , changed ffb settings and more important driving mentality from track racing to rally pace and after an hour or two of driving, everything just felt in the right place.Driving (fast) is far more challenging than it looks and while some will say "but, it is not S I M U L A T O R" ( > but then who knows that?), for sure feels hard and realistic enough with T300RS)
Looking forward for the full release (please be good) and dang Pikes Peak challenges)

That's interesting because I can confirm that my Fanatec CSW V2 with BMW rim does not work very well with the PS4 demo version.

I think that was rather an old build. When the game releases you'll get à 6 GB patch as well. Info above comes straight from their official website.

Yeah, I've had a look at the website. I can't take the risk of it not being fixed in the official release so have decided to order the Xbox One version. Would be interested to hear if the official release and patch fix the Fanatec issues.

Tried one stage in quick mode, time trial. ( PS4,T300 )
Rented the Peugeot 206 and went to Wales in the mud.
No assist, only changed the vibration to 75 in the wheel setup.
Wow...feels good
Nice graphics,nice sounds ( bonnet view ) and great force feedback.
More simlike physics ( compared to WRC5 ).

From Day 1 will be available the first Patch for Sébastien Loeb Rally EVO. The changelog includes:
- Improved weight transfer for all the vehicles
- Improved suspensions movement for all the vehicles
- Improved the behavior of the dampers for all the vehicles
- Improved the gear ratios for all the vehicles
- Improved the mapping of the engine for the Fiat Abarth Grande Punto S2000
- Improved the mapping of the engine for the Peugeot 205 T16 Pikes Peak
- Improved the mapping of the engine for the Peugeot 208 Pikes Peak
- Improved the grip for all the Pikes Peak cars
- Improved of the aerodynamics simulation for all the vehicles
- Added the Thrustmaster T500RS support for the Playstation®4li>
- Improved the differential for all the vehicles
- Improved the setups of all the vehicles for all the different terrains topology
- Improved the Pikes Peak cars performance
- Improved the handling for all the vehicles

Deleted a few bits and bobs and it's chugging through the update download now.

An increase of 800mb in their day one patch. Changelog seems to add quite à few good things. Hopefully Milestone will keep up the support for this game. It will be no Evolution Studios but their start looks promissing!
