Hey peeps Ive got some new CD`s I just want your opinions on some of them. And if you like this sort of stuff could you recomend me some simmilar good artists to these. Thanks anyway here comes the band list

I cant get enogh of this album so many good tracks, my fav has to be deer dance though.

Is the album just called System of a down or is it called........ I just dont know? I dont like it as much as toxicty but there are still a few good tracks on this one, sugar and qubert come to mind as favorites.

Soil
Scars
nobody apart from me and a friend seem to know about this band. But they are :rockon: great heavy rock music (i dunno what its classifyied as but its heavy and it rocks). Unreal, Need to feel and Halo have to be my favorites on this album, but i think there is only like 1 track on the cd that I dont like.

Showbiz
Im not sure about this one yet I just got it today and I havent had a chance to listen to it. But it was in a sale and its been recomended to me by peeople because I said "are there any bands with a sound simmilar to feeder". I need some advice on this one.

Stranger than fiction
Great stuff punk that has a message to it and great guitar type stuff. Favorite songs on this CD are Incomplete, Infected, Television, 21st century digital boy and news from the front.

The Grey Race
Another Bad Re album that I regularly listen to. favorites on this are The Grey Race (opening track), them and us, A walk, punk rock song, 2010 and the german version of punk rock song.

Im beggining to like this album less and less, this was the first Bad Re album I bought and I loved it when I first got it. I suppose it pales in comparison with the other two albums. Cant think of any favorites for this one.

Stuff I might want to buy

This Is a list of bands that I have either heard their names, or downloaded a couple of tracks but im still not sure about getting. Any suggestions for songs for these bands would be nice or some recomendations of other bands I might like considering the stuff Ive currently got (I have more but i cant be arsed to list it). BTW I dont like slipknot shouty stuff (no offence to anyone who likes that stuff)

Angel Dust = I only have that song from the Grandurifto 2 video called bleed, im not to sure that id like their other stuff?

I bought Muse's Showbiz - they really did sound like a tryhard Radiohead to me. The highlight was the piano on what I seem to recall was the opening track. Haven't listened to it since - really disappointing. Feeder's stuff seems a lot more genuine.

Hmmmm thats what I seem to be felling about it at the moment, I dont particularly like Radiohead. Wouldnt of bought it if it wasnt on sale though, it was like a on the spur of the moment purachase (these never seem to work out for me)

Interesting comment - I'm a huge Radiohead fan, so coming at it from the other side I just found it very derivative.

99 Red Balloons rules - but be sure to get the German-language vision (which, ironically, did better in America than the English version which actually made sense, though not any dollars).

Y2 have you heard of - One Minute Silence and Godsmack, you will probably like these if you like Soil.

Vat_Manops sorry there If i sounded insulting, I havent heard much of Radioheads stuff apart from the stuff that has been in the charts so I dont really know if I like them or not.

M5Power:The version I have starts off as english and then halfway through they start singing in german is that what your talking about? Mind you on my Bad religion album It has s fully german version of punk rock song which sounds good (if not better) than the English language verison.

Godsmack Ive heard of and I have their first album (you know the one with the picture of the woman on the front of it) and I like that one. My mate ripped all the tracks off of the new album (Is it called awake? I cant remember) and the only tracks I like are Awake and Vampires. Have you heard Godsmacks song I stand alone thats song rocks. One minuite silence i will have to look in to them when I gots the time.

yeah, i think that is the title of the new album, and yes 'i stand alone R O C K S!!!! Its a brilliant tune, is it from a film soundtrack????? (? the scorpion king?) - i've heard that, that is a cd worth investing in........but sadly i can't afford it just yet!!

It's so good to hear so many people love their rock music

I think there's one version of this song (which I was kidding about - it sucks) that is entirely in English. In fact, I'm 99% sure it's in Gran Turismo 3's play list.

I had no idea about Bad Religion's version - maybe I should steal it from the internet for a hear.

Oh yeah the NTSC version has a different soundtrack.
Btw what does everyone use to get mp3 songs at the moment??

I dont know which one of the SOAD cds i like best. They are both kick @ss cds.
The songs chronix recommended by Static-X would be worth downloading. Would also add Black and White. Not one of my favs but maybe a song you might recognize.
