S2000 London,Madrid set ups

Im new to tuning and could do with some pointers for cars around 400/450 pp

I have the Mugen S2000 and feel it suits my style of driving but also feel i could get alot more out of this car if i knew how to tune it.

Looking to tune for London, Madrid tracks.
