Someone asked for this setup in another thread. I SEARCHED, and found no thread for this particular car. As always, if the setup doesn't work for you - don't use it. If it does work for you - post a reply to let others know! Thanks!

Actually, that someone was moop and he was requesting my version of the Honda, but thank you for posting your very nice settings. I hope you agree that starting a new thread for the same car would unnecessarily tangle future searches, besides, someone may enjoy your settings :)
This Honda S2000 Type V was tuned on sport medium tires at Nurburgring using all available modifications including airfoil and frame stiffener, the turbo and suspension are original from Amuse. Sooo smooth...

I read Moops post. He said "I'd love some s2000 settings..." - right? I didn't read anything that indicated he only wanted to get them from you. That's why I posted them. To be considerate. If I stepped on your toes - sorry. I hope you agree that there's room enough for more than one opinion or setup here! I'll enjoy comparing yours with the one I posted - which was one I found elsewhere, by the way. I hope mine works better!

Pete

ps. So this won't be an off-topic post:

I'm not real confident that the rear toe setting of -1 in my setup adds very much. You might find a setting of 0 to work better.

You know - it's all about enjoying the game!

It's all good, I enjoy friendly banter as much as friendly competition...
Generally I prefer to add one click of negative toe to the front, I find rear toe can "confuse" me when it comes to transitional throttle issues, like gassing it off the rumble blocks at speed...

thanks guys, i appreciate the help... both of you.

Actually i have a convertible '04 S2000 non-typev and I'm attempting to tune it using sport medium and sport soft tires.

Sport being my choice of tires for now because all of the races I've competed in so far require sport tires.

Tsukuba being my test track, i'm currently attempting to find a stock-like setting with the racing suspension so I can get a baseline to build upon.

here's what I have so far

Stock 2004 S2000 6MT/FR 246hp/160.57ft.lb
Flywheel - racing
Clutch – triple plate
Stage 3 weight reduction
Tires – sports medium front and rear
Driving aids - off
Tsukuba 102.672 – 20 lap test

I've added a full racing suspension, but have not yet found settings near stock so I can begin tuning from a baseline. It's actually kind of aggrevating that I'm not supplied with the settings information on the stock suspension because it's actually tuned rather well.
