same car diffrent stats

hi i have been hosting some online races at 500pp. now i have been racing the zondac12s (7.1 liter)
i now have the c12 version and found it a better my friend has asked me to look out for one for him and i have found a couple on the ucd
all 3 have had oil change engine rebuild

the bhp is the same 340bhp they are all 1303kg but two 4300 rpm and one 4400 rpm
what is the difference please as im gonna send a friend one but hopefully not the quickest

The difference is the mileage of the cars. Normally you would lose about 1bhp every 15,000 miles or so, but since the Zonda is a lot more powerful than a normal car, perhaps it loses 2bhp every 15,000 miles or so.
