Hi all, I just bought a 32" Samsung Smart TV (UN32EH5300FXZC) exlusively for gaming (no movies or anything else). I wanted to ask the community here, what are you gaming preferences?
I noticed they have a Game Mode setting, works excellent for the most part but after going though the menu to have a look at what's changed, I noticed a lot of sound options turned off as well. Do turning things like SRF (?) or any other sound enhancements, off, help with the gaming experience at all?
I was contemplating turning Gaming Mode off and just turn everything (post-processing) off manually and keep some of my sound settings. I like using a custom EQ and the wide sound settings.
What do you all recommend; Keep Gaming Mode on -or- use a different/custom mode and turn things off manually? I was going to take the plunge and just go manual but I wasn't sure if the dedicated gaming mode turned things off that weren't in the menu but rather in the background.
Please, share your experiences on gaming mode on/off.
PS: I've read people limiting input/sound lag using a "service menu" but I'm not willing to go that route.
