For about 3 days now, if I try to adjust a setup or save a setting, the game just shows the ..loading dialog in the setup and it won’t stop. Then I have to restart the whole game. This is mostly in time trails. I have reinstalled the game. Still same annoying problem. Anyone else?

If you have a lot of setups for a car at multiple tracks it can take 30secs to a minute to load them or save more. Have you tried waiting or deleting unused setups?
No idea on the limit but I'm getting the impression you can only keep a couple of setups per car per track as a total.
