1st Honestly i don't know how he scammed you but there is a list of traders who are 100% scam free; https://www.gtplanet.net/forum/showthread.php?t=136295 . Also im pretty sure you have to use proper grammar aswell, never heard of 'os'.

Dude you didnt get 'scammed' you had some noob refuse to send a car after losing a pinks race. which will happen about 10 times a day btw.

Getting scammed means you sent him something, and he didnt send you anything, so please dont ever make a thread like this again.
