Scapes DLC won't fully install

As the title suggests, I tried downloading the Scapes DLC yesterday, and it had the full DLC completely downloaded.
But when I checked in Gran Turismo Sport, I only had less than half of all the DLC if any at all.
Then when I tried to use some of the downloadable Scapes, it would send me to the PS Store and say "This content cannot be selected at this time".
I've now had to factory reset my PS4 overnight, download GT Sport again, just to remove the faulty installation of the DLC which I'd now like to prevent.
Has anyone else had this problem?
And is there a way to fix it?

I think you need to clear some disk space. I think you can check error details in "notifications" in the psn menu.
I don't know why, but you need (more than?) twice the amount of free disk space. For a 20GB Game, you need 40GB free space (or more)

That sadly shouldn't be much of a problem since I've just gotten my PS4 2 days ago, so storage a plenty I'd say.
All it would do with the DLC is install it, and then when I check in-game, there's not a single DLC Scape available
