Seamless Layout.

Alright. I have a website that I'm designing, and have designed a layout in photoshop. I've cut it up into various images and tried to put it on a website to begin making it into the site it will be. However, I have a problem; along each verticle space there's a seam between the images (highlight layout to get the idea of what I'm talking about).
