I have to admit, after a year off GT 5 I enjoyed going through all of the seasonal events prior to GT 6 launch. There were a years worth of them.

Are they not doing this with GT 6? Do the older ones just drop off the back when new ones are added? Are they hidden somewhere?

I'd especially like to keep the Lexus on the ring as I've not had time to gold it and its a fun event... With a good reward.

From what I recall about some of the Seasonals in GT were they were "Series" based. There'd be five races for each classification. FGT, GT500, NASCAR, Ferrari F1, etc.

It seems most if not all of the PP based Challenge events rolled off the schedule just as these do. But I will need confirmation on that.

Yeah, but the ones in GT 6 are only up for like 2 weeks, GT 5 used to be up for many months...

I would have to check to be 100% certain.
But my memory is telling me that they are listed for 4 weeks.
The first 2 weeks the servers will record you time.
After that you can no longer record a time for the leaderboards, but have another 2 weeks to earn the credits and prizes before they are dropped from the list.

There were two flavors of GT5 seasonal events.

1) Time Trial and Drift events with registration period of 2 weeks.
2) A-spec Seasonal Events that did not have a 2 or 4 week expiration.

I believe @Lawndart is referring to the A-spec events.
In GT5 they were up for many months, unlike current A-spec in GT6.
Same was true for the B-spec Seasonal events in GT5.

Gottcha.
Yep, so in that case the Drift and TT's are available to play for 4 weeks.
The A-Spec events are available to play for 2 weeks.
At least, that's how it's worked so far.

The first ever group of A-Spec events were on the 12th June.
The second lot came on the 26th June, and the first group disappeared from the list same day.

If you don't count any extras like VGT's, we seem to always have 11 total available atm.
New group of Drift and TT's + a fortnight old group of Drift and TT's. (new group every 2 weeks)
And the A-spec group. (new group every 2 weeks)
So 4 Drift, 4 TT's, and 3 A-Spec. at any one time.
