Sebring 12hr Track (for gt4 too?)

Now that Forza has announced the addition of the Sebring International Raceway, do you think microsoft has rights to the use of it. Can and Will gt5 get the rights to use the track? Do other people on this board want that track included????

I know that we have the track on this list, but I can't tell you about licensing issues, since I don't know if Sebring wnats to be an exclusive, or share it's license among many.
