Set up confusion?

Is there any noticeable differences between wheel set ups and a controller set up? I use a controller and just love going sideways. Any input would be appreciated?

Ofcourse there is, I'm a wheel drifter, and you have "far" more control over the car than you do with a DS3. You can stay countersteered for longer and more precisely, your lines become smoother, getting to know your car becomes easier because you can "feel" what it's doing. Wheels are there to replicate real life driving, and they do just that. With a controller, you don't have much control over the car, you don't get any sense of feel from it, it's like trying to spot a needle in a hay stack. Just no point. I'd recommend you upgrade!

I think he's talking about the tunes themselves, Bk.

In my opinion, there's little difference. Yet again, I use the control stick like a tiny wheel so I benefit from "wheel tunes" a bit more, as generally they're more stable while holding a lot of countersteer.

Any tune should do fine, just tweak it to your personal style through triap and error. 👍

Thanks for the help guys. I will be looking into both options.
P.S Stock M3 csl 03 or Lotus Carlton are my favourite.
Thanks again
