i guess *drool* is appropriate. last year's 787B's special outing made it even more impressive!

shame my old man sold his FD... :(

yep, a green 95 with tan interior.

he thought it was too wild, so he sold it and bought an Audi S4 instead... in Yellow! i mean, it's the first time he buys something that screams "look at me!" like that... :reallyodd even his 944 was a dull and boring color...

I wish I could go, but that's thousands of miles away...

It would take several weeks by bike, so sorry...

Even if I had my licence, that's a long drive.

Also, there is a St.Louis RX-7 meet at RH(Rush Hour) Performance shop in Fairview Hieghts Illinois...Oct 5th at 1 PM.

I can't go to that either.

Maybe next year I can actually go to something.

You here a lot of these stories about people Downgrading from High Performance Cars? My Uncles Dad had an :m:5 then he decided that was too wild so he downgraded to a :bmw: Alpine?

And another Guy apparenty downgraded  from a :mitsu: Evo to a normal saloon (Can't remember what it was though)...

Maybe people feel that getting their car :car: broken into (or being hijacked), paying high insurance :2cents:, big petrol consumption is a high price to pay for Premium Cars?

All of the above ... I'm debating between an S2000 or something more like a Passat / Accord Sedan / RX-8 ... the insurance would be close to half as much, and the risk of it being stolen would be much lower.

it would take alot to kick me out of a car I love.. I'm on MX3 #3, due to some very bad circumstances in the past-but I'm stickin with em, they're great lil cars. :D Of course not the same as having a higher end car, but I don't think I'd ever downgrade if I had somthing I really loved, even if it were broken into much and the cost was fairly high to own it. Definetely not from somthing like a 3rd gen RX to a high end family sedan. -no offense to anybody, that's just me. I love cars, and they're worth alot of trouble and money if they're what make me happy ;)
