There's a thread on AC forums where people have posted their championships and recreated champs from history. I will go fetch it if you want to check it out for ideas.

That's cool. I don't see much from XBONE players and this is a feature many players want in today's games.

For us console players, we can only watch 3 minutes of replay, I've been having a bit of fun with a 3-Minute Championship.

8 MX-5 Cup cars and 8 Abarth 500 Assetto Corse cars.
10 minute Practice & Qualy
Number of circuits are up to the player. I've loaded 11 tracks(Spa, RBR GP, Nurb GP, Monza, Mugello, BH Indy. Imola, Magione, Vallelunga, Zandvoort, Barcelona GP). 3 laps at Brands Hatch Indy @50-55 second lap times(which I got my first Pole Position and won the race :) ). 1-lap dashes for all the other circuits.

It's actually fun. Finished 8th in class and 8th overall.
Those pesky 500s and their turbos. The MX-5s have no chance in a drag race on the straights. However, during qualifying, the whole field was usually covered by 0.5-1.5 seconds.
Also, finally getting to name the MX-5 drivers according to race number i.e; #24 Jeff Gordon, #55 Chaz Mostert(who, Won the whole thing), #23 Michael Caruso, #57 Robin Liddell, etc.
for the 500s, I just picked touring car racers( Plato, Tarquini, Kajaia, Huff, Neal, Muller, Comini, Sutton).

Now, on to try some different combos.

The Abarth 500 Assetto Corse is great, really good on Zandvoort. Had A few good one make races online with them. As for replays, the 3 minute limit is a bummer, in hot lap mode you can have 60 minutes. I like to do race weekends when I just want to drive and then practice session feels like a track day.

Anyway here is a great tool for making competitive lineups in championships or online even for cars that aren't the same class.

Times taken from the fastest laps from the fastest drivers.

PC2 might be on the shelf for a while. I'm running a Track Day with one car from each manufacturer(except a Pagani, and the Tatuus-FA car, as there's no space left). Just started putting together a Nismo Festival(wish we had Fuji), Mazda Fan Meeting(wish we had Sugo) and Porsche Rennsport Australia(wish we had Bathurst, see a pattern here? :sly: ) Custom C'hips.

For some features this game doesn't have, this one feature really does trump what other games do have.
