Ya know, I've been wondering that too. I've been wanting to get my GT350 up to the 220 or 240mph range. Its cranking 575bhp, but I can't get it up past 208.

I've got a tune for the GT350 and it's excellent next to default settings... But absolutely terrifyingly bad next to almost anything else.
Top speed WILL be lacking no matter what you do with this car though, it's a 1960s brick, even the most aerodynamic cars from that time have the aerodynamics of a barn door next to today's stuff.
