Shift 2 ATI RADEON 5470 512MB HELP

[P_S_Y_C_H_O_L_O]

Right so I got myself a copy of Shift 2 for my laptop.It meets the minimum system requirements but this is what it looks like to play.All settings at at their lowest.Any ideas.

i5 Processor
Ati Radeon 5470 512mb
4Gig ram

And judging by my experience with C.A.R.S. the minimum won't even let you race ALONE without stuter. I upgraded the graphics card AND the PSU (otherwise computer shutdown because of the power hungry gtx560 ti)
