Finally I have some that feels ok, not great , but playable ( ps3, elite all assists off)
(tested on a few cars including exige on Suzuka)
Basically, I go for the insidesimracing settings, but much less ffb.
(! = changes)
Wheel:
sen 450,
ffb 50, !
dpr& spr 0 !
abs 90, ! But this is personal preference
Dea 0 !
Lin 0
Game:
Ffb 50 !
Str sen: 20, dz 1!
Thr sen: 10, dz 0
Clutch sen: 100, dz 0
Str speed: 0
Str lock:450
What I found was I needed the damper and spring (on wheel) to be able to feel the weight of the car... but I think the game just overemphasizes the forces way too much, which causes the jolting...
You seem to get more subtley if you turn ffb down... (It may be I could reduce game further and increase wheel ffb)
If you want faster steering, you can use 360 on both game and wheel, OR increase steering sensitivity.
anyone else with settings that work for them?
